HiBORE XL
MAKE MINE A HiBORE XL...

HiBORE™ XL Driver
The name says it all... bigger, longer and straighter than the highly touted original HiBORE. This driver takes Distance Driven Geometry™ to a whole new level, creating Full-Face Performance (FFP) for the ultimate in driving effectiveness. By creating a face-centered sweetspot for greater distance from anywhere on the clubface as well as a high Moment of Inertia (MOI) for stability on off-center hits, Cleveland designers have combined power, precision and forgiveness. With the Fujikura Fit-On™ shaft fitting system as well, your HiBORE XL will be customized to your swing for maximum performance.
DISTANCE DRIVEN GEOMETRY™
Moves weight lower and deeper in the clubhead. This optimized CG location aligns the Center of Gravity Projection (CGP) with the C.O.R. Hot Spot in the center of the face, resulting in optimal launch conditions for greater overall distance.
FULL FACE PERFORMANCE
Alignment of Sweet Spot and C.O.R. Hot Spot produce optimal launch conditions over a larger area of the face, allowing for efficient energy transfer that maximizes ball-speed across the entire face.
HIGH MOMENT OF INERTIA
High MOI and deeper CG provide increased stability on off-center hits, leading to greater distance and a tighter shot dispersion over the entire face.
As important as the clubhead is to maximizing distance and accuracy, playing with a correctly fit shaft is equally important. This is why Cleveland Golf and Fujikura Composites have worked together to develop a two shaft fitting system specifically designed to maximize the performance of the HiBORE XL and HiBORE XL Tour drivers.
PROPER SHAFT FITTING
There are a number of variables that must be analyzed when selecting the right shaft for your individual swing - launch angle, backspin and ballspeed are three of the most important. However, just by knowing your general trajectory and swing speed, you can use the Quickguide below to point you in the right direction. For a more comprehensive fitting guide, go to HiBORE.com.
