Directors Review – This weeks subject the Yes C-grove putter

Our Sales and Marketing Director Ian Henry handicap 11, will regularly review Gear, Wear and Golf courses and anything else we can think of, giving his personal view on what gear to wear, equipment to use and Golf courses to play in and around the North of England.

Yes C-Grove putter
Model: Tiffany, centre shafted 33” in length

Feel: The feel from this metal faced putter with these strange groves was “buttery soft”, and I mean butter that as been left overnight at room temperature for easy spreading on your whole meal toast in the morning soft!

USP (Unique Selling Point): On any putt, on any green, a putter's impact on the golf ball often results in skidding, sliding, back spinning, and even hopping before the ball can begin rolling on the green. Even when struck on the right line, these effects are the principal causes of missed putts.
Therefore, the key to more accurate putting is to achieve forward rolling motion immediately upon striking the ball. The Yes! Golf C-Groove putter does just that, far better than any other putter in the game.

Usability: It took me 3 to 4 wholes to get use to the weight of the putter head, which then enabled me to gage my long, medium and short puts very well.

Its dose not surprise me that YES is now The number One putter on the LPGA tour, number Two on the PGA tour.

RECOMENDED: YES, Yes, yes and yes.
PERSONAL Rating: Five Stars out of five.
